tasty-ant-xml: Render tasty output to XML for Jenkins

Warnings:
- 'ghc-options: -O2' is rarely needed. Check that it is giving a real benefit and not just imposing longer compile times on your users.
A tasty ingredient to output test results in XML, using the Ant schema. This XML can be consumed by the Jenkins continuous integration framework.
