multipart-names: Handling of multipart names in various casing styles

Basic utilities to handle multipart names with conversion between casing styles UpperCamelCase, lowerCamelCase, Case_insensitive_Underscored, UPPER_UNDERSCORED, lower_underscored and UPPER-HYPHENATED, Case-insensitive-Hyphenated, and lower-hyphenated.
