fgl-arbitrary: QuickCheck support for fgl
Provides Arbitrary instances for fgl graphs (to avoid adding a QuickCheck dependency for fgl whilst still making the instances available to others).
Also available are non-fgl-specific functions for generating graph-like data structures.
