shomei-server: Standalone Shōmei authentication service
The standalone deployment of Shōmei: a warp executable that serves ShomeiAPI against PostgreSQL, the WAI middleware stack (structured logging, Prometheus metrics, rate limiting, body limits), health and readiness probes, the environment-driven config loader, signing-key bootstrap and rotation, and breach-password checking. Also ships shomei-admin, an operations CLI for user administration and zero-downtime signing-key rotation. Other services verify its tokens by fetching its published JWKS.
