Parameters
device
is the logical device that owns the memory.
memory
is theDeviceMemory
object.handleType
is a bitmask ofExternalMemoryHandleTypeFlagBitsNV
containing a single bit specifying the type of handle requested.handle
is a pointer to a WindowsHANDLE
in which the handle is returned.
