tagstew

tagstew is an HTML decoder which produces a stream of tags defined in the
[tagsoup](http://hackage.haskell.org/package/tagsoup-0.14.8/docs/Text-HTML-TagSoup.html) package. It is ~25% faster than tagsoup.
