The camp counselor mustered the girls in her cabin for bunk inspection. She really had to muster up all her courage to do it, because the girls were so rowdy they never did what she told them. Luckily, the cabin passed by muster ; the camp director never noticed that the dust under the beds. ("To pass muster" is an idiomatic expression that means to be found to be acceptable.)
