This release sees the extension of this library to understand heading
timestamps, TODOs, priorities, and `PROPERTIES` drawers.

- A number of new timestamp types.
- `Ord` instances for every type.
- Functions `allDocTags` and `allSectionTags` for extracting unique `Set`s of
  recursive heading tags.
