blakesum: The BLAKE SHA-3 candidate hashes, in Haskell

This provides an implementation of the BLAKE SHA-3 candidate hash algorithms in Haskell, including BLAKE-256, BLAKE-512, BLAKE-224, and BLAKE-384.
