salmon-core: Idempotent operations as DAGs: the core graph and evaluation primitives.
Salmon expresses infrastructure, provisioning and CICD operations as DAGs of idempotent operations with uniform updown/check semantics. This package holds the core algebraic-graph (OpGraph, Track, Eval) representation, with minimal dependencies.
