coapplicative: A dual to applicative: covariant functors which can split

Provides covariant oplax monoidal functors. These functors can be "split" and support pattern-matching while retaining the functorial context. Several default instances are provided for Comonads that agree with their Comonad instances, as well as a wrapper for non-law-abiding instances on any Comonad.
